Is it worth to add some special episodes in series?

Tell me one thing, why do special episodes are included in shows… to increase publicity or to increase better ranking or to relate the series with some natural events????

What’s your answer? Okay, few minutes are given you to decide. Well, my answer is that these three are right. Some series are here, where special episodes are included just to increase rankings like How I Met you Mother, where appearance of Britney Spears was made just to increase rankings and West Wing is a series where some real life events let them to add some unplanned episodes.

Yeah, if you’re fan of series, you may have watched episode named “Isaac and Ishmael’ which was aired just to pay tribute to victims of September 11, terrorists attacks. Episode included scenes on what’s terrorism and why America is being hated by terrorists. There was a discussion between President and First Lady which revealed some actual reasons behind terrorism. And I do still remember the words of a student: “What do you call a society that has to just live every day with the idea that the pizza place you are eating in could just blow up without any warning?” and then Sam replies: Israel. So, that’s what this special episode included………

I do think that shows, especially like West Wing, are not just for entertaining purposes, they are also serving the society by conveying some useful messages by planning some special episodes. Well, thanks to show creatures who’re conscious about problems such as terrorism? Ooh……. patriotism apart, and let’s share something interesting and that’s …… Yeah guys!!! I do love West Wing episodes. LOL .

Dana! Don’t you think it’s nothing less than stupidity when you talk about season finale, but no info is on what the show is, what does it appeal, what the plot is??? Shame on you…. Stupid… Oh!!! No one can do that with a pretty gal like you. What is wrong if Dana didn’t do that, I can do that for you fans…

30 Rock is a drama series about a comic starring in a comedy show. Liz Lomen is the main or central character on series played by Tina Fey. Without losing her mind and keeping her sincerity, she deals with an arrogant new boss and a mad star to run a successful TV show. And yeah, this Liz centered series also won an Emmy animation as well as achieved the top ranking.

So, it’s 30 Rock which has recently aired its season 2 finale (about which our sweety Dana says). Go ahead and look what she posted here.

I think its good if we must add general descriptions about the shows for newbie visitors…I will instruct others on it yeah…thats better.

South Park - Super Fun Time

Super Fun Time , I think we can consider this episode as mid-season finale. So, this mid season finale was good one. Reason being that is: there was a good use of all characters with a clever set up and with a decent resolution to the plot.

Well, on this episode, Mr. Garrison takes the whole class on a trip to Pioneer Village. Trip is an educational trip and Pioneer Village is a living museum, I think, Pioneer Village, is the most original premise in this world. While on the trip, Cartman lets Butters slip away from the class to go to the amusement center. My best pick from episode:-

Cartman: Stan, let’s be partners, dude.
Stan: No, I’m with Wendy.
Cartman: Ugh. You wanna hold hands with a girl? Gaywad.

Well, this was season finale which wrapped up the things in a very cool way. No more south park episode before October. What to do, I don’t know, sorry, I know, stay tuned with me as I’ll keep you in touch with series through this blog. How?? It’s a cliffhanger, come back and get it. 

Heroes season 3- what says David Anders

Hi there!!!

Heroes season 2 is finally over and season 3 is ready to air this fall. Episodes from season 2 were awesome and each and every character contributed to season’s great success. For me at least, Adam Monroe, the evil was the best character from show. This loveable character was played by David Anders. In the second season finale, he was buried alive by Hiro when he attempts to release a deadly virus. Everyone, including me also was not sure whether he’ll come back or not as his chances of getting alive were rare. I don’t think that series will include any more being buried alive scenes as David said, ““It was the most frightening experience forever. I was in a three sided satin coffin between two peaces of glass.”

Series like Heroes are based on villains as the presence of villains gives other character a chance to shine. And, it’s impossible to run series without such kind of valuable characters. So, heroes season 3 will back along with David Anders, I mean, Adam Monroe. He himself has confirmed that “I believe so, yeah. I hope so. I know I’m going to be in one of the first six episodes so”. This upcoming season is named as ‘villains’ and so will include several bad characters.

I’m quite crazy to see him on season 3 and I’m sure he’ll back with more evilness. Heroes, get ready to fight evils as Adam Monroe is back. And, I think we’re ready to welcome him on upcoming season.

Animation series are more successful than dramas and all

If you’re a regular visitor of this blog, then, you know that I love to watch animation series and if you’re new to this blog, then, I’d say that Animation shows are what I’m very fond of.

Most of my friends say that animation series are meant for children only and they’re not for teenagers. Yesterday, the same problem occurred as the topic of discussion during lunch was animated series. One of my friends said, oh! Those awkward bad little characters, it really bothers me. It was just intolerable for me. I immediately said, “What the hell you’re saying”. I was right as he was just trying to, ok leave it. Let’s have an example as I do like to prove facts, perhaps it’s the effect of my profession.

Dragon Ball Z has successfully completed 16 seasons and what it means? It means that series is so-good and viewers love it. Otherwise, it’s not easy to get that success. I’ve watched all seasons and all episodes, each episode is unique and story line and arc are superb. All seasons are well rated and Goku, the main character of series is an example of the best anime. What’s special on drama series, same plots, and same stories and same arcs, just yuck (sorry, if you’re a fan of dramas). Listen everyone, Anime series are best, bets and ya they’re best as Angie says. LOL

Lost season 4 finale: There’s no place like home

First of all, Thanks for viewing the blog regularly.

Well, it seems that no body’s in the mood to talk about season 4 finale but I do have something to say…….. as I normally have, ha, ha.

There’s no place like home answered a lot of question which were raised earlier this season. What were the Easter eggs on episode: Hurley’s weight, reoccurrence of some guest characters, the Orchid station and Kate’s baby timeline were those Easter eggs who’re found in this episode.

Writing reviews on TV episodes, it’s not of my interest as you know what my interest is ???? Collecting latest news on gorgeous ladies and get that posted. But this episode is one that I can’t skip so here is the review….

Okay, in order for Kate to be Aaron’s mother, she would’ve had to have been six months pregnant when the marshals took her aboard the plane”. This was an acknowledgment to our question or doubt which once again is not solved……. Jack becomes aware that Claire was his sis, but at least I was known about the fact from last two weeks. One good thing happens, for me at least when Sun buys interest in her father’s company and I do think her involvement in business will play important in upcoming episodes. At this time, cliffhanger is, who’s the second person involved in Jin’s death. So, a good and coooooool and satisfying one and hope remaining episode will also like this one or even better. Let’s find out the second murderer and meanwhile, stay tuned with me, David……

Grey’s Anatomy: The Becoming review

On this episode, Meredith was not what she actually is. I mean this time, confident and capable Dr. Grey was disheveled, a little bit depressed and so weak. Not she only, Yang is finally showing her robotic side and return of Dr. Burke opens a new door. Episode spot lit two musical scores- Nine Inch Nails and Like a Virgin. Yang starts to sing Like a Virgin while she removed the hearts of 50 cadavers. Christina Yang sits mute and return of Dr. Burke as a Harper-Avery Award winner is enough to make her crazy, actually mad.

The Chief of medicine insists that everyone in the hospital sign a form indicating every employee they have had sex with. Oops!!! Papers are unable to cover all that. This episode had very disturbing sub plots for patients. The scenes with the mother in need of heart and desperate for human touch were vivid, but the ‘don’t ask, don’t tell’ soldiers took the cake for emotionally griping dialogue. All this was very brilliantly played. Let’s clap for Grey’s writes for tackling such a tough subject. In a single line, I’d like to say, “This episode was an emotionally touching episode”. My best pick form the episode:

Derek: (Talking to Meredith) If you want me to stay, I’ll stay.

Richard: (Speaking to Cristina) Going through all the forms I noticed you didn’t hand yours in.
Cristina: No sir.
Richard: I need you to. The hospital is still liable even though Dr. Burke isn’t here.

So, this was the good episode, and what’s on next week? Well, now, I don’t know.

Former Friends star David Schwimmer says something

Hi buddies!!!

Friends was awesome and for that we should say thanks to whole star cast which worked hard as they could to make that happen. Series ran for 10 great seasons and each season says something and is its own example. Such kinds of series are very rarely made so I don’t think any other series on TV worked as friends did. I am a big fan of series; just from the first day of its premiere which was 9-22-1994 and believe me, never skipped any episode. Season 1- Season 10, all those seasons, the whole star cast and plot and story arc, everything was just fantastic and worked for series’ success. Friends come to an end after season 10 and we all fans are so much disappointed as it’s not easy to live without such good series. However, series had declared its end but I was in hope for another season.

This is not possible now as Davis Schwimmer aka Ross Geller (the dashing guy) says, Friends’ ended in its best way so the series would never come back.

His words are: “I don’t think I would (play Ross again). The way it ended felt so right. I don’t want to mess with it.” So, no needs to keep your hopes up as Friends are not back. Oh!!! David, I am crazy for him and his dark haired buddy makes me rocking.

What’s next on Smallville?

Smallville season 7 is over

Yeah, smallville season 7 finale entitled ‘Arctic’ was aired on 5-15-2008 and with that episode season 7 came to en end and this is where they close the chapter of Superman mythology. Episode was no so good and the problem was it has far too many loose ends to tie up in a very short period of time.

What after season 7???? Yeah, season 8 is officially confirmed but we’ll lose some cast members this season as keeping all the characters in place has proved a challenge for series. Various actors on series were only contracted for 7 seasons. So, let’s see who’ll be and who’ll not be on season 8????

Rumors are that Michael Rosenbaum who plays Lex Luthor on series will not return for season 8. Kristin Kreuk will also return as not-a-full time character and Annette O’Toole will not be a part of regular star cast. Is it possible for series to run without all these characters???? I don’t know but it seems impossible.

Season 8 will air but there’ll be no more smallville seasons after that as the show creator said, “We would all very much like a season 8, and that, in our minds, would be the last season,”. SO, season 8 might be a series finale and let’s see hoe they will wrap up the series????

No details of season 8 are with me. But, I’m looking for them n will like to share with you very soon.
